HO CO @ Lim Chu Kang
October 2020 - February 2021
Renewing what it means to live in a Singaporean Neighborhood for the year 2030, the design is inspired by the modular communal system that can engage and accomodate not only its residence but the entire nation through high-technology agriculture, living and working lifestyle.
PiXELLADE @ Kallang
April 2020 - June 2020
A prime location for a living development, we decided to direct our project at being family-centric while creating a higher standard of "live, work and play." By provoking nostalgic emotions and encouraging new yet familiar memories through community-centric programmes and historic buildings on-site, PiXELLADE was born.
The Mixed Market Massing @ Duxton
October 2019 - March 2020
Aiming to become a model for how space can transition from history to future movements of a prosperous city nation, this extreme end of Duxton Plain Park has been chosen to be the spot to carry out this project. This project's thoughts and concepts were centered around the core idea to let us better experience one another in our day-to-day experiences.
The Iris of Ubin @ Pulau Ubin

Creating a journey for nature lovers, above and through nature. The project covered the many aspects of designing how one could explore, live, and learn about the local island's lush nature, Pulau Ubin, has to provide.
